Returns Policy
If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to replace or refund the item. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in its original condition, together with orginal proof of purchase and the return slip stating the reason why you are dissatisfied. The postage and packing charge is non-refundable. The goods remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post and that adequate packaging is used. M&P Le Mie Perle Limited will not accept any responsibility for any consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever caused.
General Information
Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology. However, slight variations may occur as pearls are a natural product. The images shown on our website may have some colour differences to the actual goods you receive due to the display discrepancies inherent in different computer monitors and photographic lighting.
Errors and Omissions
We have made every effort to ensure that our prices are correct but if we have made an error we reserve the right to refuse a sale. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.

At M&P Le Mie Perle Limited we are aware of the importance of security of data we hold. All feasible security measures are in place. We may process "personal data" as defined in Data Protection Act 1998) on clients and/or suppliers in the provision of our services. Part of our compliance with the legislation is our registration - "Notification" - with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). This details the purposes for which we collect and/or process personal data and is available to the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk. M&P Le Mie Perle DOES NOT store clients’ financial details (credit or debit card numbers). We only share data with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if we are required to do so by UK law. We cannot accept liability for any processing conducted by third parties outside our remit. None of the above affects your rights to request access to any of your personal data we may hold. Should you wish to make such a request under the legislation, please do so in writing - email is acceptable. Please note that we may charge a £10 administration fee for requests which is payable in advance and non-refundable.
