We provide exclusive Bespoke Design and Creation Service for which M&P Le Mie Perle are renowned. Our individual, high quality and unique work is carried out in house from design to production, by highly qualified craftsmen and artisans. If you have a design in mind, or you wish for something special and need advice, call us to discuss. All estimates are provided free of charge. Re-stringing & Re-threading
We specialise in high quality traditional hand re-stringing and re-threading of pearls, precious and semi-precious stones necklaces . We use the best silk and non-silk yarns to suit the pearls, gems or beads to provide the best in durability and wear. We offer a vast range of clasps to suit all types of necklaces and bracelets. We take great pride in the work we carry out and ensure each piece is finished to the highest standard. Re-stringingand/or the changing of a clasp is normally carried out within 7 days. Urgent orders can be arranged for earlier delivery. We offer insured postal service with items delivered by registered post. P&P is charged at cost

Valuations
If you are looking for a current valuation of your jewellery or watch, or need information for insurance purposes,
M&P Le Mie Perle can provide this service in conjunction with our partners The Guild of Valuers and Jewellers. Our expert valuer will provide you with an up-to-date valuation schedule, giving a fully detailed description of the goods accompanied with photographs. RETURNS POLICY
We understand that purchasing valuable items on line may still feel uncomfortable. We therefore allow a trial period for on line purchases. If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to replace or refund the item. Simply return the item to us within 7 days in its original condition, together with orginal proof of purchase stating the reason why you are dissatisfied.

The postage and packing charge is non-refundable. Please note that the goods remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post and that adequate packaging is used. M&P Le Mie Perle Limited will not accept any responsibility for any consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever caused.
